    We were staying at an Airbnb nearby and decided to try O'Neals. What a find! Its like the kind of bar I wish was my local, drinks are good, great choice and very reasonably priced (compared to London!). Staff (Sue) was lovely and has great craic with the owner Spoonie, we even thought they were married! We felt welcomed by staff and punters. Was relaxing to while away a couple of afternoons watching sport we didn't understand and then stumble back to our house. Plus the are an Everton Supporters club bar. Will be back when next in Philly

    Amazing ambiance, my boyfriend and I's favorites pub in the city. If you're going to Theater of the Living Arts for a show, definitely stop by to pregame ! Great selection of beers, and good food. Food is cheap and vibes are great

    Best local bar- great specials, Kayleen was so nice and attentative. We love seeing her and coming here! Come check this place out! Amazing Happy hour 4:30-6:30 weekdays!

    I met someone here for drinks. Parking: Metered street Atmosphere: pubbish Service: Great! Kayleen was very accommodating and engaging. A very pleasant person. Her Boss wasn't so engaging, but that's ok, Kayleen made our experience good. Our drinks were good. We just ordered fries and a salad. Overall, we enjoyed our bar conversation and would go back if in the area that time of day again.
